Building the ODYZ Ecosystem
ODYZ is not being built all at once. We're starting with the foundation, strengthening the community, and then expanding into livestreaming, businesses, booking, commerce, creators, trip planning, gamification, conservation, advanced business tools, AI and enterprise infrastructure.
Every phase builds on the one before it.
One Community. One Ecosystem. Every Adventure.
Built in the Right Order
ODYZ is a large vision, but the platform should grow through focused releases instead of trying to launch every capability at once. The roadmap below represents the recommended development sequence based on product dependencies, user value, community growth, business opportunity, platform stability, monetization readiness and long-term scalability.
The exact timing of individual features may evolve based on development progress, testing, user feedback, partnerships, funding and platform needs.

How We Decide
Do not build advanced features on unstable infrastructure.
Prioritize capabilities that meaningfully improve the outdoor experience.
Build the audience and community before layering in advanced monetization.
Livestreaming launches in Phase 2 to establish ODYZ as a live outdoor community early in the platform's growth.
New tools should strengthen the entire ODYZ ecosystem.
Beta testing and real user feedback should influence future development.
Development priorities may evolve based on technical requirements, testing, user feedback, platform performance, partnerships, regulatory requirements, funding and market conditions. Individual features may move within the roadmap when doing so creates a stronger product.
However: Livestreaming is currently planned for Phase 2.
